Add your first accounts

1

Open the Add Accounts dialog

Go to Accounts, click Add Accounts, and paste one account per line — @handles or profile URLs.

2

Choose the default platform for bare @handles

Full profile URLs are auto-detected. If you paste plain handles such as @ashleyugc, the modal uses the selected default platform.

3

Check the active workspace first

New accounts are added into the workspace currently selected in the sidebar switcher. If the accounts belong to a specific client or campaign, switch to that workspace before adding them.

4

Wait for ingestion to finish

After submission, the account is queued for processing. Videos and metrics appear once the agent finishes the initial fetch and the next sync data is available.

Current product behavior

ViralDeck currently tracks full accounts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Standalone individual-video tracking is still in development and does not have a UI entry point yet.

Jump anywhere with search

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere in the dashboard — or click the search bar in the top navigation — to open the command palette. It jumps to any page, triggers actions like adding accounts, and searches your tracked accounts and workspaces by name.
