Analytics Overview
Your workspace-level performance snapshot — KPIs, trending metrics, and viral alerts.
What the Overview shows
The Overview is the first thing you see when you open ViralDeck. It gives you a snapshot of your entire workspace's performance:
- Total Views — cumulative views across all tracked videos in the selected period
- Total Videos — number of videos tracked in the workspace
- Avg. Engagement Rate — likes + comments divided by views, averaged across videos
- Top Platform — the platform driving the most views
- Viral Now — videos currently flagged as going viral (see Viral Detection)
Date range
Use the date range picker at the top right to filter all KPIs and charts to a specific period. Default is the last 30 days.
Metrics chart
The line chart below the KPIs shows daily trends for the selected metric. Click any metric label in the chart legend to switch between:
- Views
- Likes
- Comments
- Shares
- Engagement rate
Hover over any data point to see the exact value for that day.
Viral Now panel
If any videos are currently going viral (exceeding your velocity threshold), they appear in the Viral Now panel on the Overview. Click any entry to open the video detail sheet.
Top videos
The Overview also surfaces the top-performing videos in your workspace for the selected period, sorted by total views.
