When to track individual videos
Individual video tracking lets you monitor a specific post without adding the creator's entire account. This is useful for:
- One-off UGC submissions where you only care about a single post
- Tracking content from a creator whose account you don't need to follow
- Monitoring ad-reference videos or paid placements
Adding a video
Go to Tracking Options → Track Video and paste the direct video URL. Supported formats:
- TikTok:
tiktok.com/@user/video/123... - Instagram:
instagram.com/reel/ABC... - YouTube:
youtube.com/watch?v=...oryoutu.be/... - Facebook:
facebook.com/reel/123...
The video is added to your Videos list and synced on the next daily refresh.

Quota
Individual videos count toward your tracked video quota the same as account-tracked videos.
