Learn how to set up ViralDeck and start tracking your first creator account.
What is ViralDeck?
ViralDeck is a creator tracking and analytics platform built for UGC marketers and brands. You can track TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook accounts and videos, monitor performance over time, and spot viral content as it happens.
Recommended workflow
Follow this sequence to get the most out of ViralDeck:
- Add creator accounts — Start by tracking the creator profiles you work with.
- Review the Overview — Check your workspace KPIs and spot top-performing content.
- Explore Hook Analysis — See which video hooks drive the most engagement.
- Discover trending content — Browse the Discover feed for viral inspiration.
- Organize with Projects — Group accounts and videos by campaign or brand.
- Share Reports — Generate a shareable report link for clients or stakeholders.
Adding your first account
Navigate to Accounts → Add Account and paste a TikTok username, Instagram handle, YouTube channel URL, or Facebook page. ViralDeck will start tracking all videos posted by that account going forward and backfill recent content on the first sync.
Sync schedule
ViralDeck syncs tracked accounts once per day, typically in the early morning (UTC). New videos posted since the last sync are ingested automatically. You can also trigger a manual refresh from the Tracking Options page.
Supported platforms
- TikTok — full video metrics: views, likes, comments, shares, bookmarks
- Instagram — Reels with views, likes, and comments
- YouTube — Shorts and long-form videos via YouTube Data API
- Facebook — Reels with view counts
