Shareable Reports

Generate a public report link to share performance data with clients or stakeholders.

What are Shareable Reports?

A Shareable Report is a public URL that displays a read-only performance snapshot of your workspace or a specific project. You can send it to clients, stakeholders, or team members who don't have a ViralDeck account.

Generating a report

Go to Projects (or the Overview) and click Share Report. ViralDeck generates a unique token-based URL. Anyone with the link can view the report — no login required.

What the report shows

The report includes:

KPI summary (views, engagement, video count)
Metrics chart over the selected date range
Top videos list with thumbnails and stats
Per-account breakdown

The report reflects data as of the last sync at the time it was generated. Recipients see a static snapshot, not a live view.

Reports can be scoped to:

Your entire workspace
A specific Project

Access control

Report links are not indexed by search engines and require the exact token to access. You can regenerate the token at any time to invalidate old links.
