Track Accounts

Add creator accounts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook so ViralDeck can ingest videos and metrics over time.

ViralDeck track account modal
The Add Accounts dialog — opened from the Accounts page — accepts multi-line input and a default platform for plain @handles. Accounts are added into the active workspace.

Add accounts cleanly

1

Open Add Accounts and paste one account per line

Go to Accounts and click Add Accounts to open the bulk-add dialog. You can mix platforms in one batch. URLs are safest; plain handles are fastest when you are entering many accounts from the same platform.

2

Switch to the right workspace before adding

New accounts land in the currently active workspace (the switcher at the top of the sidebar). Selecting the client or campaign workspace up front avoids cleanup later and keeps workspace-scoped reporting accurate.

3

Choose how much history to fetch

The modal lets you pick the recent-video fetch size for the initial pull. Use a smaller range for quick setup and a larger range for deeper backfill.

4

Manage the account from the Accounts table

After the account is created, everything happens on the Accounts page: performance review in the table, and the per-row menu to move the account to another workspace or remove it. Viral-detection thresholds live in Settings → Tracking.

What happens after add

Adding an account does not always mean metrics appear instantly. The agent still needs to ingest the creator and pull the initial set of videos before the analytics views fill in.
