Track Accounts

What is account tracking?

When you track an account, ViralDeck monitors all videos posted by that creator and keeps their metrics up to date with each daily sync. This is the right choice for:

• Ongoing creator programs and ambassador relationships
• Competitor monitoring
• Any creator posting multiple videos you want to follow

Adding an account

Go to Accounts in the sidebar, then click Add Account. Paste a profile URL or username. ViralDeck supports:

• TikTok: @username or tiktok.com/@username
• Instagram: @username or instagram.com/username
• YouTube: channel URL or handle
• Facebook: page username or facebook.com/pagename (Reels)

After adding, the account appears in your Accounts list and videos are ingested on the next daily sync.

Tracking limits

Your plan determines how many accounts and videos you can track simultaneously. The usage quota in the sidebar shows your current utilization. Tracked accounts count against your limit based on the number of videos tracked per account, not just the account count itself.

Removing an account

To stop tracking an account, go to Tracking Options, find the account, and remove it. Historical data is preserved — only future syncs stop.

Multi-platform creators

If a creator posts on multiple platforms, add each platform account separately. ViralDeck will display their content unified in your Accounts view.
