Understand ViralDeck's plans, limits, and how billing works.

Plans

ViralDeck offers tiered plans based on the number of tracked videos and accounts. Check the Pricing page for current plan details and pricing.

What counts against your quota

  • Tracked accounts — each account you add counts against your account limit
  • Tracked videos — each video (whether from a tracked account or added individually) counts against your video limit

Your current usage is shown in the sidebar quota bar at the bottom of the dashboard.

Upgrading your plan

Go to Settings → Billing and click Upgrade Plan to switch to a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Downgrading

Downgrading is available at the end of your current billing period. If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits at the time of downgrade, you'll need to remove tracked accounts or videos first.

Billing cycle

Plans are billed monthly. Your renewal date is shown on the Settings → Billing page.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Historical data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
