Workspaces
Scope tracked accounts by client or campaign with workspaces, switch between them from the sidebar, and share per-workspace client reports.
What is a workspace?
How workspaces work
| Concept | Behavior | Where you see it |
|---|---|---|
| One active workspace | The dashboard is always scoped to the workspace selected in the sidebar switcher. | Workspace switcher at the top-left of the sidebar, under the organization header. |
| Account membership | Every tracked account lives in exactly one workspace. New accounts are added into the currently active workspace. | Add Accounts dialog and the Accounts table. |
| Management | Create, rename, recolor, change status, delete, and manage share links. | Workspaces page in the sidebar (under Organization). |
| Client reports | Each workspace has its own shareable public report link. | Workspaces page → share link controls. |
Work with workspaces day to day
Switch workspaces from the sidebar
Use the workspace switcher at the top-left of the dashboard sidebar, directly under the organization header. Everything on screen — KPIs, tables, charts — updates to the selected workspace.
Add accounts into the active workspace
New tracked accounts always land in the workspace that is currently active. Switch to the right workspace before adding a batch of client accounts.
Manage workspaces at Workspaces
Open Workspaces in the sidebar (or go to /dashboard/workspaces) to create a new workspace, rename it, set its color and status, delete it, or manage its share link.
Move accounts between workspaces
On the Accounts page, open a row’s ⋯ menu and choose Move to workspace to move a tracked account — with all its videos and history — into another workspace.
Share a workspace with a client
Share links and public client reports are per-workspace. Generate the link from the Workspaces page and send it to the client — they see only that workspace’s performance, without dashboard access.
