Workspaces

Scope tracked accounts by client or campaign with workspaces, switch between them from the sidebar, and share per-workspace client reports.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a per-client or per-campaign scope inside your organization. Every tracked account belongs to exactly one workspace, and the entire dashboard — Overview, Accounts, Videos, Hook Analysis — always shows exactly one workspace at a time. There is no “all workspaces” aggregate view.

How workspaces work

ConceptBehaviorWhere you see it
One active workspaceThe dashboard is always scoped to the workspace selected in the sidebar switcher.Workspace switcher at the top-left of the sidebar, under the organization header.
Account membershipEvery tracked account lives in exactly one workspace. New accounts are added into the currently active workspace.Add Accounts dialog and the Accounts table.

Client reportsEach workspace has its own shareable public report link.Workspaces page → share link controls.

Work with workspaces day to day

1

Switch workspaces from the sidebar

Use the workspace switcher at the top-left of the dashboard sidebar, directly under the organization header. Everything on screen — KPIs, tables, charts — updates to the selected workspace.

2

Add accounts into the active workspace

New tracked accounts always land in the workspace that is currently active. Switch to the right workspace before adding a batch of client accounts.

3

Manage workspaces at Workspaces

Open Workspaces in the sidebar (or go to /dashboard/workspaces) to create a new workspace, rename it, set its color and status, delete it, or manage its share link.

4

Move accounts between workspaces

On the Accounts page, open a row’s menu and choose Move to workspace to move a tracked account — with all its videos and history — into another workspace.

5

Share a workspace with a client

Share links and public client reports are per-workspace. Generate the link from the Workspaces page and send it to the client — they see only that workspace’s performance, without dashboard access.

Deleting a workspace

A workspace can only be deleted after its tracked accounts have been moved to another workspace — the delete flow prompts you to pick a destination. The last remaining workspace in an organization cannot be deleted.

Workspaces vs. organizations

Your organization is the top-level account that holds billing, team members, and settings; it contains one or more workspaces. Signup creates an organization with a default workspace named General. See the Organizations doc for details.
