Video Analytics
Inspect individual video performance with filters and sorting.
What Video Analytics shows
The Videos view lists all tracked videos across your workspace with their individual metrics. It's the right place to:
- Find your top-performing posts
- Review content for a specific creator or campaign
- Identify videos that need a second look or are underperforming
Filters
Filter the video list by:
- Platform — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
- Date range — when the video was posted
- Account — filter to a specific creator
- Project — filter to a campaign or group
Metrics per video
Each row shows:
- Views — total views as of last sync
- Likes
- Comments
- Shares (TikTok/Instagram)
- Engagement rate — (likes + comments) / views
- Posted date
Opening video detail
Click any row to open the Video Detail Sheet. This shows:
- The video thumbnail and caption
- A velocity chart (views gained per day over time)
- Full metric history across syncs
- Viral status if applicable
Exporting
Use the Export CSV button at the top right to download the current filtered view as a spreadsheet.
