Tracking Options
Manage everything you're tracking — accounts, individual videos, and sync settings.
Overview
The Tracking Options page is your control panel for everything ViralDeck monitors. From here you can:
- See all tracked accounts and videos
- Add or remove tracked content
- Configure viral detection thresholds
- Review your quota usage
Managing tracked accounts
The Accounts tab lists every creator profile being monitored. Each entry shows the platform, username, video count, and last sync time. Use the row menu to remove an account or view its tracking detail.
Managing tracked videos
The Videos tab lists all individually tracked videos. Same controls — remove or view detail from the row menu.
Viral detection settings
ViralDeck can automatically flag videos that are gaining views unusually fast. Configure two thresholds:
- Velocity threshold — views per day required to trigger a "viral" status (default: 80,000/day)
- Sustain days — how many consecutive days a video must maintain that velocity before being marked viral (default: 1)
Adjust these to match your definition of viral for your niche.
Sync schedule
Syncs run once per day in the early morning UTC. The Tracking Options page shows the last sync time for each account. Manual refresh is not currently available from the UI — contact support if you need an immediate re-sync.
